Skylark Commercial Realty, LLC operates skylarkcommercial.com. This notice covers this website only. It does not describe our brokerage engagements or the client files we keep offline.
When you use our contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the situation you select, any property address you provide, how you heard about us (and the name of the person who referred you, if you include it), and your message.
We use it to respond to you and, if you become a client, to provide our services. Form submissions are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, and notifications are delivered to our team through our Microsoft 365 business email service so we can respond. We do not sell this information or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this website. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location, and your device and browser type.
We also use Google Analytics to count a few site actions: clicks on our phone number or email link, and successful contact-form submissions. These custom events use fixed labels, such as the contact method and, for a property valuation inquiry, a general inquiry category. We do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses or message text from the form in these custom event parameters.

Like most websites, our host, Netlify, records standard technical information about each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
When a request comes from software that identifies itself as a known search-engine or AI crawler, we send a record of that request to Promptwatch so we can see how search and AI services read our site. This record can include the IP address, user agent, requested page path, URL query string (if present), referring address, request time and response status. This logging is triggered by crawler user agents, not by ordinary browser visits, and is separate from Promptwatch’s browser visitor analytics, which is not enabled on this website.
Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google and shares your IP address and browser information with Google.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and use Google’s opt-out add-on described above.
This website does not currently change how it operates in response to a browser’s Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

We share information only with service providers that help us run this website (Netlify for hosting and forms, Microsoft 365 for business email notifications and follow-up, Google for analytics and fonts, and Promptwatch for crawler logs), when required by law, or to protect our rights. We do not sell personal information.
We keep contact-form inquiries as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records. Google Analytics is set to keep event-level data for two months and user-level data for 14 months, a period that restarts when a returning visitor is active. Aggregated reports are not affected by these settings.
This website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 13.
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
