My wife and I started the lease renewal process in January of 2018. Little did we know that we had been paying far too much for our lease the past 5 years. Instead of looking back, Noah reminded us to focus on moving forward and we could use this as leverage for our renewal. Noah kept us informed of the whole process throughout his negotiation, and at times when I felt anxious or nervous, he reassured us that this is how the process works and things were going as expected. He was able to go through all of our options including possibly moving our dental practice, but at the end of the day he was able to save us much more than we ever expected in rent. We also were able to get money for lease improvements which we can immediately put towards improving our practice. Noah Bradley has been such a help and guidance through the growth of Creekside Animal Hospital. Even though we explored the possibility of a ground up project with its many hurdles, Noah was always supportive and resourceful. He helped to coordinate with architects and builders.
